Baxters, one of Scotland’s best-loved food brands, briefed us to create the company’s first e-commerce website to target the millennial market, drive sales and position Baxters as a premium gastronomy brand. With an ageing customer base, it was particularly important to reach and engage younger audiences.   As this was the company’s first foray into selling their products online, our approach was to start small and focus on hampers, gifts, Chef Selection boxes and Audrey Baxter’s speciality range of luxury preserves. The result is both a seamless online shopping experience and an inspirational showcase of the brand’s gourmet heritage and culinary expertise.
