Challenge

Creating brand standout and presence for the Samsonite concession within the luggage department at Selfridges, London. Mirroring the pioneering brand products and communicating this in an engaging and intuitive way through the application of innovative design solutions and complex technology.

Solution

Using screen technologies to create an engaging interactive experience for customers. A first for Samsonite, the 2.5 m touchscreen allows customers to explore and connect with the brand. This newly refurbished Samsonite concession is now the brand's most cutting edge department in Europe and cements their status as the world's largest luggage brand.
