Challenge
Yendall Hunter are global experts in dispute resolution and construction arbitration. We were commissioned to modernise their brand identity to reflect the clear, trusted guidance they provide in complex arbitration cases, but also visually represent the precision and diligence they bring to every project.

Approach
We began by defining a unique value proposition focussed on their ability to simplify complex arbitration cases. The positioning – “From Complexity to Clarity’, became the foundation for all creative decisions. This is visually represented through a classic colour palette of black, white, and yellow, symbolising clarity and attention to detail. The use of a contemporary headline typeface gives the brand a bold and sharp look, while ensuring all communication is professional and accessible.

Photography plays a key role in reinforcing the brand's message. We employed a selective blur effect that highlights the most important elements of each image, echoing their ability to cut through complexity and focus on what matters most in every case. The people-focused photography reflects the human approach and insights that they bring arbitration.
